Many Moods of Molly

Molly Constable is a seasoned model and creative force, who has made a lasting impact on the fashion industry since beginning her career in 2012. Hailing from a small town in Upstate New York, Molly was scouted on Instagram by her now mother agent, Jeff and Mary Clarke of Mother Model Management. Modeling was never a childhood dream, nor was living in NYC part of the plan—but her path unfolded differently, turning what started as a chance discovery into a full-time career and a lifelong journey.

Over the years, Molly has worked with renowned fashion houses and creatives, including Tom Ford, Brandon Maxwell, and Rihanna. She has been photographed by some of the industry’s most respected talents, such as Tim Walker, Ethan James Green, and Heather Hazzan. Her work has been featured prominently in major publications—she has twice graced the cover of Harper’s Bazaar, and has appeared in the pages of Vogue, LOVE Magazine, Interview Glamour and more. Known not only for her striking presence, but also for her commitment to pushing boundaries, Molly has been a vocal advocate for greater inclusivity in fashion, working to expand the industry’s definition of beauty and body representation. Her efforts have gained recognition and support from leading fashion media and global brands alike.

Beyond modeling, Molly is a multidisciplinary creative. She is the founder of a handcrafted, bespoke jewelry brand based in Brooklyn and actively fosters a wide range of artistic interests—from knitting, painting, drawing, and clothing design. She is also passionate about movement and wellness, with yoga, pilates, hiking, swimming, and travel, all playing integral roles in her lifestyle. Molly is committed to giving back, volunteering with Fast Feet, a nonprofit organization that teaches children with disabilities about teamwork, agility, and sports. Her work—on and off the runway—is rooted in self-expression, creativity, and a desire to make meaningful change in the world around her.

silk chiffon dress by Molly Constable

Sources of inspiration : 70’s mens fashion – weird sci-fi books – industrial / brutalist architecture

Sources of motivation :  Being completely transparent, right now in this climate its really hard for me to have true motivation. I feel like everyday is another battle and feeling very  “Is it all really worth it” which is so existential and annoying. But when I’m feeling positive my motivation is how my mental state will feel once I nurture it in the way I know makes me feel my best.

What makes you happy : Creating – Doing anything that involves using my hands or moving my body. Laughing. Gaining mental and physcial strength. Helping others when I can.

Favorite reads : The Deep by Nick Cutter , Tender is the Flesh by Augustina Bazterrica , The Poisonwood Bible by Barbara Kingsolver… I could go on and on… I love collecting books and I really love anything sci-fi or future driven. Also love biographies, Ozzy Osbourne’s was amazing. lol

Favorite tunes : Credence Clearwater Revival – CREED – Poliça – really anything 70’s or 80’s weird disco ironic house music idk!!

Favorite foods : Chocolate – Cheese – Olives – WINE!

Beauty tips : Drink. WATER. Double cleanse and be really fucking kind and helpful when you can.

Favorite ways to unwind : Bikrim Yoga – Laughing with girlfriends – or watching real housewives scream at each other 😛

Favorite part of living in NYC : The fast pace – I’m very adhd and impatient and really all over the place for any other city. Here, my chaos is a bit more manageable and “normal.” Any other city I’ve lived in, it does not translate. lol

What gets you in a working flow : Thinking about the cost of living and some really good music.

What are you working on now : Building a brand I’ve been dreaming about for years, I never went to college so I’m learning so much from my friends and colleagues about business and balance.

Favorite motto : If you have to teach people how to treat you, they’re not for you.
